Dare I say it three times? Beetlejuice the film was created in 1988, the story of a New England couple who die after a terrible car accident. In the after-life, they are trapped in their former New England house. Only a few days later, the house is sold to an out-of-state couple who decides to remodel their home with fancy new art. They consult with their after-life “case worker” who tells them that it is up to them to scare the family out if they want them to leave. The families daughter is the only one in the house who can see the former couples ghosts, and is more amused than frightened by their attempts to scare them. The couple decides to hire another ghost who specializes in scaring people named Beetlejuice who is summoned when his name is said 3 times.
